Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter to join the crew! The candidate will have free training in various aspects of painting and safety.
As a painter, you will be responsible for assisting with painting projects and ensuring the completion of projects in a timely and efficient manner.
Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and patching as needed - Apply paint or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment - Assist with the setup and cleanup of work areas - Operate hand tools and power tools as required - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment - Assist with general labor tasks such as moving materials, cleaning work areas, and performing basic painting techniques - Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in painting preferred but not needed (will hold free mandatory training for all painters experienced or not) - Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high quality work - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others - 18
-reliable transportation -willing to work 8- 10 hour days, 40 hours a week Location:
Eudora, Lawrence, DeSoto, Johnson County, Bonner Springs area Skills:
- working well with others - can follow instructions - Not afraid of heights - can move ladders - listens well Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
